RUN FAR FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!! I lived at 1414 E. Columbus St for 8yrs., and the mice infested, bed bug infested, and shabby old windows that always makes your apartment freezing cold in winter, is the worst living condition I have ever witnessed, and they have the nerve to want $850 dollars for rent, and they kept my deposit for this awful mice infested building. I have moved to a brand new apartment behind the casino, and I am so happy.
