The party I was with were visiting from out of town. The male server acted as if it pained him to answer any questions about dishes we wanted to try. He was very unfriendly. The food was horrible. I got a steak, and it was cooked horribly and tough. Never offered to refill drinks; we had to request. Steak was so tough, could have broke tooth, never offered to replace it with anything else or discount it.
The atmosphere and restaurant decor was nice and our waiter was friendly enough, just not very attentive (we had to wait for refills). BUT the food was terrible and we waited a very long time for it. The chicken was cold and the salad was underdressed. The ravioli did not seem fresh and the sauce was like water. We also noticed several people sending their food back as well. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen. Very disappointed since it was our last meal in Jackson.
Really good food and beer. Seating was weird though, we were push up against a wall and super close to our neighbors table. They were busy so the service was off, we almost left because no one greeted us for almost 10mins. Once we settled in everything was good. I would recommend this place on the food alone though.
We had a group dinner at the end of a bus tour. Roosevelts helped to end a successful trip on a high note. The choices were solid. Roasted chicken airline wing, ravioli with a very taste squash cream sauce with balsamic circle and beef ragout. All we're tasty and generous portions. Chocolate cake dessert was sufficient. Overall solid experience. Design of building causes laugh environment. Worth a visit to try regular menu. Plates observed were inviting. Thank You.
The food was incredible. I got the baked chicken on mashed potatoes and asparagus. Fantastic. Not inexpensive but it’s Jackson, WY. Would come again.
