First, I'd like to point out that the Yelp rating for this place is only ~3.5, much lower than the Google rating of 4.8. A really good place usually has good rating on both Yelp and Google. My experience with this place was terrible. 1. The dispensing optician pushed really hard for polycarbonate lenses - basically claiming that they wouldn't sell me any other materials. And I had to pay extra for polycarbonate. So, when I picked up my glasses, I triple checked about the lens material, and they told me it's polycarbonate. 2.... read more
I have trusted my vision to Dr Jamieson and Staff for many years. Even when my insurance plan did not include them, I willingly paid for their care. He is retired now, but Dr Kim is excellent. Still my fave Opto. 😁 Wonderful. I don't want to ever go anywhere else.
Super friendly and patient oriented, listening to questions and really paying attention to the details. From check-in, to evaluation, to exam, and finally eyeglasses, an entirely great experience.
