SCAM FOR APARTMENT APPLICATION MONEY. They charged me for reviewing my apartment application even though they didn’t even consider it and had already given the apartment to someone else. In Seattle they can’t screen more than one applicant at a time so this is illegal, and they didn’t give my money back.

We’ve been residents at Roosevelt Station Apartments for two years, and our experience has been great. While the building is older, it is pretty well-maintained, and its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Light Rail station, Whole Foods, Safeway, and the scenic Green Lake. I've lived at Roosevelt Station Apartments for almost a year and have had a good experience. Although the facilities aren't the newest, they're well-maintained. I especially want to commend Suhang, the leasing manager, for his prompt and helpful responses to any questions or concerns I've had. His professionalism and dedication to resident satisfaction have truly made my time here exceptional :)
