Such a great place to live, especially on a budget. Perfect if you just want a peaceful home and no worries. Oh, and they have maintenance on site.
Nothing but positive experience here. The staff is amazing, maintenance responds swiftly and always makes sure the problem is resolved. I have never heard of any trouble on the property. I am guessing the bad reviews have been those who left in a bad way. I highly recommend this property and if I could give more than 5 stars I would give them 10. Overall, very clean, quiet and very responsive.
Pros: cheap rent, i had a little backyard in my ground floor apt, put in a new water heater without much fusscons: when i moved in the apt was infested with fleas and took several weeks to rid them, no storage whatsoever, some loud neighbors, never ever did they shovel the parking lot or sidewalks

They will screw you every chance they get. I gave 1st and last months rent and a 450. when i moved into another unit, the same size as the one i got. They wanted 30 dollars more a month and 150. more dollars for the deposit. They will fix things it will take some time, and no they do not shovel the driveways or sidewalks which are a hazard.
