Had an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. The young lady started on my pedicure and the owner began my manicure. In walks a lady and he stops my manicure and starts her acrylic nails. I guess I wasn’t important since her procedure costs more. I have been going to this shop for over 20 years! I’m totally offended that I’m not important to them! I declined the manicure and left after my pedicure was finished. I feel like a 2nd class citizen! I wonder if I’ll get a response?! 😡
I got a gel manicure 5 days ago and they started chipping and peeling. I went in and asked them kindly to remove the gel since they clearly didn't prep the nail correctly- and they did- then charged me $10. Terrible custom service and business practice. Been coming here for years but I'll find somewhere new
