My 5-year-old daughter had an urgent dental issue on Saturday, May 23rd. I booked a same-day appointment through Zocdoc for 10:00 AM. When we arrived, the building was locked, requiring a code to enter, and nobody was there. I called several times with no response. We had to spend the next hour at the Roosevelt Island train station calling other clinics to find emergency care.
