I'm so confused. This is the longest we've ever waited for a dentist. The girls working the front desk need more training. From my observation, If people are waiting a long time you need to be kind enough to inform them what the hold up is. This was not done. Patients in pain need to be comforted. Not get upset during their visit.

Nice place, very clean. The dentist are good. I only had a cleaning though and was referred to a orthodontist at another location. Overrall, very satisfied

Usually this Dental Care provider tries to fit me in fairly soon if I have an emergency. It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Very good Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes

Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Not really Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Sometimes Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? No, they are almost always unavailable Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
