We recently had a service call with a technician from Roo’s Heating and Air Conditioning and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The technician, John, was right on time for our service appointment. John is extremely knowledgeable, competent and efficient. He is a great representative of a great company. It’s not easy to find reliable and trustworthy service, but Roo’s is first class.

John was outstanding from start to finish. He introduced himself right away, was very clean and professional, and even put on boot covers before entering the house which I really appreciated. He performed a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system and clearly walked me through everything he found, along with his recommendations and next steps.
