Great first impression. Alex was direct to the point and seemed to be on top of his game. When my case was passed on to another associate, that’s when it spiraled down. Yes, I was concerned about cost, who isn’t? Spent money for nothing. Charged for hours of “work” that didn’t produce anything to somewhat benefit me.
