Great customer service
Great service and the guy who actually makes it (Nepali guy) is just awesome , I was not happy with the product but then they tried again and didn’t ask for any additional charges and they happily did it and made sure that I got what I wanted, even though I bothered them but they welcomed me every time, I would love to buy jewellery from them in future.
It’s the worst !!! Worst worst experience, I wanted simple round earrings and they made opposite and then they don’t bother snd denied to give me same design. They don’t cooperate, if u want something customized then don’t go there please, you will never satisfy because they even listen and they don’t even care
Horrible customer service. Asked them for a chain around $300 and they laughed at me. That was horrible. Don’t ever go to them. They don’t understand anything about gold and they have so much attitude
