I’ve been going to this place to get my eyebrows threaded since 2022. Ms. Adele is absolutely amazing! She’s professional, kind and detailed. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always tipped. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, I visited Roop’s to have my eyebrows threaded. The technician even complimented my lips, remarking that I should 'enjoy' them because they are natural and that I don't need injections. However, the blonde technician with curls who wears a mask (second photo in this thread; blue mask), who has threaded my eyebrows before, decided to thin my eyebrows, even though I didn’t request her. I love coming here to get my eyebrows done. Nikki never does too much and she’s very gentle. They also have some BEAUTIFUL jewelry. 10 out of 10 recommendation. My mom and I have been loyal customers for 3+ years.
