Poor establishment worst part is that I was poorly handled by the one who calls herself the owner. Disturbed by my inquiries while unprofessionally on the phone, while speaking another language besides English. When I inquired about the price for underarm waxing going up and after I mentioned to her that I was quoted a different price two weeks prior from getting a Brazilian by someone else who was actually very good she asked “ Do you want the services or not”. I’ve been going to this place to get my eyebrows threaded since 2022. Ms. Adele is absolutely amazing! She’s professional, kind and detailed. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always tipped. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, I visited Roop’s to have my eyebrows threaded. The technician even complimented my lips, remarking that I should 'enjoy' them because they are natural and that I don't need injections. However, the blonde technician with curls who wears a mask (second photo in this thread; blue mask), who has threaded my eyebrows before, decided to thin my eyebrows, even though I didn’t request her.
