My visit went very well, even tho I was scared to death. Dr. Rooney was so caring and was so concern about my well being. He pulled two teeth and I healed fairly quickly. Those two teeth had been hurting me for years and I went to a few dentists and they refused to pull them, but Dr. Rooney said, no problem. His staff is wonderful, they too were very caring. Thank you Dr. Rooney for being so patient with me. Barb Krause
I will never recommend this office for anyone. I had a situation that yes, might have been more than the norm, however was treated with anger and no willingness to make an exception to working with me for services. The manager on hand is not only unwilling to be flexible, was requiring me to pay upfront for service, I had coverage in place for. Insurance is there to ensure the customer has the help needed for the services rendered. I am owed $66 from dupl payments on consulting services.
