Our visit to Rooms 2 go was very pleasant with Duy, didn’t push us, and help us with some great ideas. I don’t have my furniture yet. But so far the service was great. Thank you Duy.
Horrible furniture made in Mexico they use poor quality craftsmanship and sell in the US . The displays in the store will make you feel they are good . My wife bought a dinning table set from them six seater with a bench. The bench has been replaced three times with the same issue where it makes a squealing sound when you sit on it . We asked the warranty company to replace with hard wood bench but they keep on insisting on cushion bench. They send there technician who only says everything looks okay and will not report the ... read more
Had a great experience with this location. Saw a couch I liked online, walked in to test it out, and walked out with it purchased in 15 minutes. The staff was super attentive and willing to help. I especially had a great experience with Duy!
They need to change the name to pieces to go cause when you buy a whole set it never ready I brought a living room and bedroom set and I knew the loveseat would have to wait but the mattress had to wait a full week before it came so I had to sleep on the old mattress for a week and when the new mattress came the driver refused to take the old mattress the salesman told me prior they would pick the mattress up when they bring it 1200 dollars for the mattress it shouldn’t had been too much to ask
