Visited today another bad experience, sale rep don or dan older gentlemen basically stalked us around every corner of the store. I was just trying to look and got annoyed so I left. Off to another store I guess.
Natalie was an incredible resource!! This young lady is awesomely providing customer service I would highly recommend going to this location on East Independence boulevard in Charlotte and seeking her voice after talking to a salesperson!
Our sales person, Tasha Smith, did an incredible job from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly at the door, provided exceptional customer service, and efficiently completed all our tasks. Thank again can’t wait to receive are new things.
