Great place to shop will go back again soon. Salesperson Pleasant and well-informed on the product.
Really difficult customer service. Item we ordered didn’t come in within the quoted delivery time. When customer service called to schedule the delivery they couldn’t give us a window to schedule the delivery until the day before the item was to be delivered. It makes it very hard to manage my work schedule without specific information. Customer care is not their strong point.
Be aware, The sets being sold at the store would not be deliver anytime soon ! The store buyer promises delivery dates that keep changing . I am sorry to give this rating especially that Diana the manager and Maria de sales lady have been amazingly attentive and tried to help us with the delivery of our Patio set bought 3/23 and to the date they cannot tell us when it will be deliver.
