SOS To Whom to concern, I bought some furniture at Rooms To Go approximately two and half years ago. I am having issues with the furniture, the sofa recliner on one of the sections, the recliner stayed up and does not go down it is stuck in that position. On the other section of the recliner one night when everyone was sleeping, I went to the kitchen to get a cup of water and the recliner was going up and down all by itself.
