Great American are the best in the business. Very professional and patient with the customer. I would recommend them first to anyone looking for furniture.

I had a great buying experience at the Great American Home Store. Chino was friendly helpful and patient with me. I got my furniture earlier than expected and the delivery personnel were also friendly quick and not messy. I love my new furniture I will shop there again.
I am extremely pleased with GAHS. Things have not been the way they would like during this pandemic. With the shipping problems the US is having right now, GAHS has been outstanding. My saleswoman, Denise, let me know every step of the way what was happening and why. I could not have asked for better. She made offers to make it better but honestly, I had picked out what I wanted and knew I just needed to have patience. It paid off. It was the greatest experience EVER! I'm so thankful for how understanding your company was with my closing dates changing so much. I relocated from another state and was dealing with the woes of new construction. I appreciate you all being so understanding of my situation . The salesman was great, the ladies in billing and scheduling and the delivery guys were so courteous and respectful of my new home. Wondering job
We had a good experience at The Great American Home Store. Everyone was nice. It was a no pressure sale. The delivery was great with the men nice and helpful. They were on time and communicated along the way. Prices weren't bad either, as we had already shopped the furniture we bought.
I having problems with the store in Round Rock, TX. First it was a mattress and they ended-up changing it but instead of return the rest of the money to the charge card, I was given a store credit which I think it is not right because what makes believe them that I want to continue doing business with them? The next issue is a base. Rooms to go is giving me the run around. First, I was provided with a wrong number to call for guarantee of the base. I found the number on the control of the base. I purchased a bedroom set, den set, and a dining set from the Rooms To Go Outlet in Forest, Park, GA. I was told that my items would be delivered on Wednesday, the 20th. I waited and finally called to verify or check on the status of my items. I spoke with a representative who informed me that my items would not be delivered until the 28th of May. I Purchased a $3,500 living room set from Rooms To go, and with such a Big Ticket Item, I expressed to the salesman that I wanted to put this on a Credit Card for the cashback benefits I would receive for such a large purchase. I was fully prepared to outright purchase the Couch and Recliner set but the salesman told us that we could wait to pay off the entire couch until after it is delivered to ensure everything was too our liking.
