Customer service stinks. No stars for this company. They charge you to deliver and then give you no choice on the time. You have to wait at least 2 weeks for delviery on a saturday and they get too keep you money in the meantime. They have held my money for over 3 weeks before getting a refund. They were able to cash my check in 3 days. I intend to protest outside their store on S. Rooms to go We bought some furniture here. I like this store. They have great prices and the service was decent. They have a good selection and deliver to your home. The showroom is big, so you can see what you are getting and see the rooms set up. i reccomend this store to people. For the money, it's pretty good.

Rooms to Go SUCKS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO! We purchased a leather sectional sofa on 11-03-2009. Our salesman, Bill Harwood, asked us if we wanted the Leather Protection Package. We declined the protection. (We had previously visited the store to purchase the same sofa and elected to take the protection since we had a coupon and it was free. Decent quality furniture for a decent price I first purchased a full living room set from Rooms To Go 4+ years ago and the quality was great. The leather couches and slate tables have dealt wonderfully with the abuse of 3 kids and 4 dogs. I have not had any issues which required any warranty work at all. Great Furniture We purchased our formal dining room furniture and our bedroom furniture from this store. We are very pleased with the look and the quality of our purchases. The price was also reasonable compared to other places we shopped. The salespeople were friendly and helpful but I did not feel that they were following me around or too pushy. We had our furniture delivered and were very pleased with the entire process!!
Rooms To Go This store has a good selection of furniture. We just recently purchased a dining room table. The sales person was very nice and helpful, but she misunderstood which set of pieces we wanted. This caused a misunderstaning on the amount and were only wanted to spend a certain amount so there was alot of frustration. We finally got it all settled and she apoligized. Delivery went fine and we are very happy with our purchase.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE This store has the WORST customer service I have ran into or heard about. The salesperson flat out REFUSED to sell us a bed set because we did not want to purchase an extra warranty and did not want to buy a mattress. Her exact words: "well I don't feel comfortable selling a bed set without a mattress and warranty" I said, "so you don't want to sell me this bed", and she responded, "yes". Good Prices on Furniture but Not so perfect Service In searching for a new livingroom set, we searched for months trying to find something we liked that wasn't too expensive. Finally, after months and months of looking, we found a set that we could agree on at Rooms to Go.
