My wife and I walked thru the door and there were 5 salesmen sitting there, Anthony greeted us (the only one of 5) and he was very helpful, helping us find everything we were looking for and even got us a GREAT deal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ANTHONY UP FOR ALL YOUR SHOPPING NEEDS!!!

I didn't get accosted at the front door like others; had a chance to pick someone who wasn't pushy! looked for a recliner with power. a very fair price for a great looking recliner. I had to pick it up right away so got a UHaul van up the street - loading was done by RTG folks who were very friendly. Altogether a very pleasant experience

Personnel are very helpful. Just bought side table and they give us a free set (has few issues but very functional). Thank you! We had a great deal!!!

People, never buy leather/fake leather furniture from Rooms to Go or Rooms to go Outlet as the leather/fake leather peels off in tiny pieces and the pieces end up all over your house, on your clothes, in your car etc.. When you bring the issue to Rooms to go attention they suggest you get the furniture reupholstered at your expense. They also, remind you that all sales are final, no refunds or returns. Great service, prices, and employees! New to the area and the sales associate gave great advice on the best mattress to buy on a relatable level bc we both have small children and she also recommend activites to do in the area to help us adjust. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Their business is soley based on a monetary transaction and they could care less about their consumers. Just recently I purchased some furniture that only lasted for a year before the frame completely broke and because the warranty had passed by 3 months they claimed there was nothing they could do. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ARE ETHICALLY/MORALLY SELF-CONSCIOUS!!!

We bought a sectional. We realized we were buying scratch and dent. We did not realize we were buying a sectional missing pieces. We also bought a dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table, and an end table. Everything else is great but I am a little disappointed with the sectional missing a piece and it was not written that way on the tag.
