Bought a sectional from Augusta store. Gave them my move in date to new apartment. Set up delivery date on move in day. Got an email saying delivery would be between 7am and 11 am. Immediately called customer service and told them I can't get keys to new apartment until 9am. They made note. I did not get my delivery when promised. Did not get delivery until week later. So I sat in a steel folding chair in my new apartment for a week. Their communication lacks in there customer service
They had lots of livingroom furniture to look at. When it came to power sofa and recliners there weren't many. Mostly manual.
Charles was amazing ! He helped me with great care and enthusiasm. He was not the original person I was working with. I ended up asking him to assist me because the first person Ken looked uninterested in helping me. But thank god for Charles turning around my experience there.
Our salesperson Sage was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
