Carmen was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us, walked us through things, and was not overly pressuring. We did end up buying a couch and she was so sweet the whole time! A true asset to this store.

We had a great experience. Our salesperson (Dan) walked us through our different options for the type of chair we wanted. He also made sure we saw all options even when we said we had a winner. Great store and better experience because of Dan.
I went to Rooms to Go on Independence Blvd to look for a couch… My sales rep was Daniel… Probably the most patient salesman I have ever encountered! I didn’t go there once but probably 5 times and I called Daniel at the store several times. So.. then I had to leave the country and I needed info so he texted me with all the info, pricing, colors, and sizes because I forgot to bring the info with me so I could really compare with other stores.
