Horrible service. Delivery missed window by an hour - yet know one ever called to tell us they would be late. It took me calling to find this out. When I asked for a credit for the delivery fee, the gave me the run around that they had to still pay the drivers. Seriously? What a joke. I'd rate it a 0 if the to gave me the chance. Now I'm waiting for a manager to call me to discuss the issues. I would say the odds are slim and none that ever get a call back. It will take me having to pursue this to get any resolution. We got a bunk bed which was not delivered on time and upon two weeks delay, they delivered it with no proper hardware to install. Waited couple more weeks for those and decided to return the whole order. Ended up with paying delivery chargers for nothing. I would pick no stars if there was an option. ROOMS TO NO NO, they should be called.
I think the customer service sucks.The delivery service is inadequate and unreliable.The co-workers stick together in the store like a gang ,twisting stories to fit their needs and cover their butts
