Getting ripped off at Rooms by Zoya B – Lovely furniture for baby. Not cheap though. At those prices, I had hoped for a certain level of customer service. Well guess what? As soon as I handed over my money for the bulk of the stuff (crib, changing table, rocking chair), the trouble began: Firstly, Zoya B needed to send someone to measure our window for curtains. Should i call the cops?? – Zoya B is a huge scam !!! After paying the high prices for the beautiful furniture, I am still waiting for it. Zoya herself will not speak to me, and her assistants keep saying the stuff is in transit. Oh and I had to pay very high delivery costs, even by new york standards. Yet I've no idea when or if ill ever see my things. Am nearly 9 months pregnant, several thousand dollars out of pocket and have no idea what to do. Should I go to the cops?
