Made in America!
I am a big fan of American-made furniture and I commend all companies that support their local businesses. Rooms by Zoya B is one company that I have found to be a very passionate advocate for American-made furniture. All of their furniture items have been made in America by skilled artisans. The quality of these pieces is exquisite and has so many intricate details that it justifies the price. Everything is made to order so I am able to customize any piece I buy from them and change the color or size as needed. It makes buying furniture so much simpler and fun. Lastly, I just want to finish by saying thank you Rooms by Zoya B for supporting our economy. American-made furniture is hard to find and I am so happy I found your company.

Spectacular Furniture!
I have to say that Rooms by ZoyaB has some of the most beautiful furniture I have ever seen. I recently purchased some furniture for my son's room and must say that it is even more beautiful in person than it is online. The pieces are incredibly sturdy and well-made; I can tell that I will be able to pass down this furniture to my children and grandchildren. This company is very easy to work with and kept me updated on my order. I found them very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I, as well as my fellow friends who are also clientele, highly recommend this company.

I have been buying my Chilren's furniture from Zoya for the last 10 years and I have been so pleased with each purchase. My daughter has most of the items in the Sleeping Beauty room, including the beautiful daybed. Everyone that sees her room is truly amazed at the beauty and quality of all her furniture. Being able to customize all the pieces that I buy has made it so much easier to find beautiful pieces that fit the layout of my children's rooms. I always recommend shopping with this company for children's furniture because it really is worth it.

Very Happy for 10+ years

Zoya Bograd of Bograd Kids & Rooms by Zoya was such an unpleasant shopping experience. Hopefully, this post will help others from having their own nightmare experience. Take the countless online complaints to heart and know that very few people actually complain online no matter how severe their experience. I wish they had left visible, on her Yelp page,the countless complaints posted. Then I would have never gone through this upsetting encounter. I now see how many people have had the misfortune of doing business with Zoya Bograd. Her charm was quickly replaced with unavailability, grossly inflated prices for merchandise and "delivery" charges that will shock you. I hope this post helps others.

So happy with my furniture! – Not sure what the other reviews are talking about with poor customer service. From the time I first called the NYC office until the successful installation of my crib, dresser, chair, and changing table, my experience with Rooms by Zoya B has been a pleasure. I received emails along the way with tracking and payment confirmation (yes, people, furniture is expensive to ship - it's heavy! but it's worth the cost because of the companies they use - everything was perfect, no damage.) Speedy delivery for what we ordered - everything custom!
Make sure you take time to visit the beautiful showroom as well - it's like a children's wonderland! I'm telling all my friends and I'm sure my next child will have a "Room by Zoya B" as well.

Lovely experience, BEAUTIFUL nursery! – Rooms by Zoya B has provided me with the dream nursery for my daughter. From start to finish both Zoya and Francesca were there to help me pick the right combination of pieces for my theme and were in constant contact regarding the tracking and delivery and ultimately the set up. I'm due in three weeks and can't wait to bring my little girl home to her brand new room. It's so elegant but still comfy and welcoming! A++!

Where's my Stuff ?! – Beautiful cribs, but very bad customer service. After you've paid for everything they wait a few weeks, then hit you with a delivery charge that is unreasonable. Several hundred dollars to deliver the crib from their store in midtown to my home on upper west. When I complained, Zoya herself refused to speak with me, so I had to deal with her incompetent assistants. I have paid the charges, but am still waiting for my stuff.

Disgusting customer service – So she takes your payment then hands you over to her assistants. Then you can never get ahold of her again.
Then weeks later you get a bill for hundreds of dollars for delivery, and still your stuff takes ages to arrive. And when you try to find out where your stuff is or why delivery is so expensive you can't speak to Zoya, only to her assistants who fob you off with bad excuses.
Really insulting customer service, especially considering how much we paid !!!
