DO NOT SIGN A LEASE FOR 119 OZONE ST!!! The people there are terrible to live with. It's loud all the time and they're very disrespectful. Rarely cleaned up after themselves, bathroom was dirty all the time and allowed their guests to do whatever they wanted at all hours. Only lived there because I had no other choice. Rent is not worth paying even without utilities. Property management is inattentive. Not sure about other properties but this address is terrible.
I Been a resident for years, I’ve experienced nothing but safe and great services. Property manager is great with keeping up maintenance, and any other additional request. Rooms around campus housing is highly recommended and helped me in many ways!
It's my last year here with staying in their properties and I have had a great experience. Price point is affordable for the downtown area as your close to everything. You're living with other people, so most complaints come from people who just need to get their own apartment imo.
Great Service, Fast replies, Management team really took the time and made sure my experience in the AUC was seamless and safe. Had a great environment to focus and study. Would recommend for quality family oriented living at a great price. 10/10
My School ran out of student housing and failed to notify myself and family within a timely fashion (as usual). We contacted them and they were able to find a place for me within 48 hours. If it wasn't for them, I don't know what we would have done. Most of the properties are on the Westside in transitioning areas, but I have had no issues since moving in.
