I lived with Roomrs for a year! I'm really glad I found this company. They welcomed me with open arms when no one wanted to accept a student from a foreign country during the epidemic as their tenant. With an amazing location, a furnished apartment and all the necessary facilities (laundry machine, rooftop and a dishwasher!), the living was perfect for my first experience in NY and gave me peace of mind as a student. not to forget their customer service who got me answers back within minutes!
I absolutely loved living here, the building is in a wonderful location and Roomrs does a great job of getting their tenants situated and is extremely transparent about what the apartment looks like and room info. The building maintenance team is efficient and incredibly friendly and did a great job making me feel safe in the building. I had issues with my air conditioning unit and they helped take care of the issue the day of me contacting them which was great. I'll miss living here and working with Roomrs 100%!
