Ordered a round piece of glass for my kitchen table. Was never given a tracking number or any information on when it was going to ship. I had to pay extra for shipping. Never heard back about this at all. I emailed support several times and I still don't have my order - they also claim they can't tell me when its coming. Can't tell if this is a legit company or not. Dispute has been filed with my credit card company. Please try to do better by communicating with your customers when issues arise.

I ordered some curtains to divide a large room as we were preparing our home for sale. Everything arrived on time and ready to go. Incredibly, our home sold in quicker than expected and the buyer did not care about dividing the room. By the time I reached out to RoomDividersNow, I was a few days outside of the 30-day return window. I ordered an 8 foot long divider. It was much longer than 8 feet. The rod snapped when a guest accidentally stepped on the dragging curtain. Very disappointed. Definitely would not recommend. $200 thrown in the garbage less than 2 months ago. I have emailed and called several times. No one has attempted to reach out to me.
