Sat there for 10 minutes while the table next to us ordered and we’re served their appetizer. Then to top that off, another table was sat and greeted by a server while we sat alone with tap water and closed menus (the global queue for “we’re ready to order”). At that point we walked out. Watch your tables, Room service staff members. There are far too many options within 100 feet or your door to deal with poor service and lazy employees. We will not return to this dusty dark dungeon again.
RecommendedLunch was excellent and service outstanding.
Every visit to New York City includes lunch at Room Service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Don’t eat lunch anywhere else.

It’s a must when I visit the city, 2nd time this weekend! Food, ambiance, service & value all deserve top ratings. Been coming here for several years & never been disappointed
Great food great service love this place
Food & drinks were excellent. Service was fast. Only one concern was waiter rejecting our tip and asked for the “suggested”...I do advise that they look up a thesaurus what “suggested” means...because they should then say “compulsory” tip or service charges...asides from that happy with visit.
The food was great. Too bad we experienced horrible service.
