Only this place would call me on Thanksgiving trying to earn business. Not a fan of that tactic whatsoever Jason.
The Room Team does a phenomenal job of helping to get your home ready to sell. They have someone to cover anything that needs attention, from repairs and cleaning to the perfect staging. I was able to move to my new out-of-state home and know that everything would be taken care of. It was and my home sold very quickly! Many thanks to Jayson, Magdiel, and Sebastien and all at the Room Team.
I have been meaning to leave this review for a while. My daughter rented and apartment from Jayson Madani and he was a really excellent landlord. She lived there for two or so years and any time there was an issue, I would just text Jayson and he would deal with it immediately. I know its mostly a real estate business, but if you are looking to rent from Room, I can tell you, the best landlord I have ever dealt with.
It has been great working with the ROOM team. They have access to so many great people that can make a difference when selling your home - from maintenance, to gardening, to carpeting to staging!!! they did it all! and our house sold really quickly, we will definitely use them again!
