I hired the team at Room by Room to clean my condo after I moved out of it at the end of a lease and was very happy with the work they did, the played looked great. Booking process was easy and prices fair, highly recommend.
I went room by room with to show what I wanted clean and after she took the notes and wrote it down, only got about 70% of the job done still charging full price. Not only that, but upon walking into the house not realizing it was mine, she made a few snide remarks. I kindly told her, it’s my house and a move out job from a family of 4. The professionalism wasn’t quite there and the quality of service was mediocre. Will not use them again.
Efficient! Thorough! Punctual! Best thing I did for myself and our home was to hire Room By Room Cleaning. They're here every other week - perfect solution for me.
