Overpriced. Doesn’t feel high quality. Furniture is uncomfortable. Probably a half step below West Elm in terms of quality. Save your money and go to RH instead. It’s marginally more expensive.
The rug, the dining table and chairs and the console table in the photo are from Room and Board. David at this store helped choose the material, pattern and color (of course for free). He helped me twice and was always welcoming and professional. The delivery was done by their own employees who were the best. The quality of the furniture is for-life, which is not so common these days.
I did my shopping online. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with furniture stores. Each time a representative is helpful and very efficient. But also so polite, patient, and just NICE!!! Delivery people in Seattle are also incredible and easy to deal with. Love my counter table and stools! I will definitely be shopping here again.
Store and furniture are attractive. Sales people are pleasant and helpful. However, the distribution system and logistics are terrible. Stone-age technology at best. Delivery estimates are based on an average 2-3 weeks from expected completion of furniture. They do NOT take into account the location of the delivery (zip code, state, anything) so they do not consider frequency of delivery trucks, expected loads, etc. etc. As a result, if you do not live near a distribution center, it's a complete crap shoot.
