I’ve had great experiences with the store and its staff. For some reason, my young kids always wanted to wander around this store when we were in U Village. I probably came in 20 times before buying anything, but now I’ve bought chairs and a custom bookcase, and I’ll likely be back for more in the future. Quality furniture and excellent customer service.
I had ordered a Chilton live edge dining room table From Room & Board. I had initially given it a one star review pending the resolution of the problems I encountered. I am now giving it a four star review because I feel the company worked hard to try to resolve the problems. Despite the initial problems of a resin filled gouge that had bubbles and was not smooth on the surface, a warped surface, and lastly a small ding that was an in transit damage, I am now satisfied with the final table. This five star rating is for the delivery crew. We ordered an entire outdoor set that was difficult to move, but Gustavo and Guillermo did an excellent job navigating the furniture through and carefully putting it all in its proper place. They verified that everything was where we wanted it to be, checked the furniture for any issues, and even cleaned it for us before leaving. Our furniture looks great too - although, time will tell if Room & Board is truly quality furniture
