Room and Board is the best. I owned a couch from here and it lasted years. Looking for new coaches and I so hope I can find them here again. This location has validated parking and exceptional service from the showroom to any issue you have after purchase. Worth the track to the West Side and maybe a little lunch after too!
I've loved Room and Board over the years. It's one of very few (maybe the only) furniture store with real US made furniture. Hardwood all around. High quality for a moderate to high price. Most of my house has R&B pieces. And I love that they're B Corp certified. My gripe is that they gave up the third floor of this store so the furniture on display all feels kind of squished. Sumbleana was fantastic! She was super helpful and provided us with options and advice on style, color, and material.
Uniquely unpleasant experience. I ordered a bed from here two months ago. It has not come, and delivery has been delayed twice now. Their supply chain is wholly unreliable, but even the second delay, pushing delivery of my bed right up until against the birth of my first child, could be forgiveable were it not for the lamp they screwed up. We found an incredible looking cantilever lamp at their Atlanta showroom, last one in the store. Floor model, so heavily discounted to 50%, looked great, wanted to buy it.
