Chenise Hinds the designer is the best--knowledgeable, funny, patient, smart! Also love the huge, beautiful showroom here, validated parking lot, friendly non-pushy staff, the generous return policy and huge variety of high quality stuff.

1. Don't say "welcome in." That's not a thing. 2. The staff seem to be hanging out instead of working. The higher the cost of a product, the more the staff need to be involved. The more they need to know about the products. The more competence they need to have. They need to know what items are in the store.
