We swapped classic automobiles for contemporary home furnishings in 2010 and since then, our artisan-crafted furniture and home decor have filled four floors and a rooftop deck with modern design inspiration. 1. Don't say "welcome in." That's not a thing. 2. The staff seem to be hanging out instead of working. The higher the cost of a product, the more the staff need to be involved. The more they need to know about the products. The more competence they need to have. They need to know what items are in the store. This is the place to go for USA made furniture that is worth the money you will spend. Nora worked with us to design our living room, we got our sofa and accent chair according to her recommendations. She even helped us pick out the wall color to match, and she was dead on the money with it. Everyone who comes into my home starts raving about how great our style is, and we have Nora to thank. Amanda Walburn is the design associate who helped us with our family room and it was one of the best furniture design and buying experiences of our lives. She helped us in person to understand spacing and arrangements at first, following by piece and color/material selections, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. She was VERY responsive by email afterwards, sending helpful 2d and 3d models of our space with each edit.
