1. Don't say "welcome in." That's not a thing. 2. The staff seem to be hanging out instead of working. The higher the cost of a product, the more the staff need to be involved. This is the place to go for USA made furniture that is worth the money you will spend. Nora worked with us to design our living room, we got our sofa and accent chair according to her recommendations.
