This is one of the most racist companies, Don the property manager at Crane factory flats is racist and somis his boss at Rookwood properties. They wouldn't give me a real explanation as to why I was denied on my apartment. They told me to call the third party screening company and then they said I have to ask the property manager, just a bunch of back and forth ** and no one can give you an answer. Oh I know why!!
