Just left an appointment with my husband and the doctor (Dr. McCann) absolutely need to work on their empathy and human skills. I have never been more disgusted by a doctor-patient Interaction. Dr. McCann went out of his way to embarrass and make my husband feel stupid for the issue he came in for. For future reference Dr. McCann, you’re the doctor and you got the education and we come in because don’t know something, it’s your job to tell us the problem and not pick on us for not knowing. Dr. Kang is always nice and professional.
The doctors and staff are great, my one complaint is that it's near impossible to get through on the phone! Even in the times they say they'll be answering I have to call nonstop for 45 minutes straight or more to get through. It's a real access problem - the team needs another administrator or something.
