The wheel chair lift works only sometimes and I was told the new lift is there but they need to install it. Been like that since before xmas

Just left an appointment with my husband and the doctor (Dr. McCann) absolutely need to work on their empathy and human skills. I have never been more disgusted by a doctor-patient Interaction. Dr. McCann went out of his way to embarrass and make my husband feel stupid for the issue he came in for. For future reference Dr. McCann, you’re the doctor and you got the education and we come in because don’t know something, it’s your job to tell us the problem and not pick on us for not knowing.
