Good folks
Was driving from Orlando up to Myrtle Beach when my AC suddenly began blowing hot air. Not ideal for a long drive in July! After a quick stop at Advance Auto Parts, they recommended I head to Rooks to get my problem resolved. I was in and out in under 30 minutes after a little bit of freon, my AC was back to working order! I even had a picture drawn for me and will somehow be featured on the local radio station after being "interviewed" for my very positive experience...... They were upfront and did exactly what they said they were going to do I made my appointment they did the work no B/S and I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again
So far so good!!!! They were extremely nice and informative. I'm at the beginning of my repair so we'll see how things go. I have faith everything will work out accordingly
