We were there with our 3 kids for 25 minutes and never acknowledged at all. No menus drinks or anything. They served a family that came in the same time that we did. We were walked by several times. We ended up walking out we will never be back.
I’ve been eating at Rookies for years and the quality of food and service has never changed for the worst. They still have really good food & great service!
