I was so unfortunate to cross paths with this demented individual , Please seek help...You are not a healer but a broken individual who need his own healing process. The member appears to not only be extremely condescending but you can tell that he projects many insecurities he carries onto his patients, Crucifies them for not meeting his Idea of a " perfect member of society". I wanted to see a doctor, but looks like reviews for this place is bad, so just giving a bad review to you guys for being bad
If I could give zero stars I would. I usually read reviews before seeing a doctor, unfortunately I gave this doctors office a chance anyway. His office staff of one is terrible. She was rude and never checked our insurance. They just take full payment up front and good luck getting a refund. She actually pushed me today. The doctor is rude, condescending and is not willing to listen to his patients.
I'm unsure why there are so many negative reviews. Dr. Rooker is fantastic. He really talks with you and keeps detailed notes on what's going on in your life, rather than just prescribing any old meds. I've had family and friends who go to doctors who just prescribe and go on to the next patient, but Dr. Rooker takes his time to really get to know you. I am thrilled to have the chance to work with him and try to improve my life.
