Roofwerks was truly outstanding from start to finish. **** ******, who was our point of contact throughout the project, was professional, knowledgeable and personable and he impressed us with the frequency and promptness of his communication. Roofwerks installed our roof and gutter guards and also replaced some damaged trim. They were able to start work earlier and finish faster than expected and quality of work was very good. Finally, cleanup was also very well done, which is difficult to do with shingle debris. We are quite satisfied.

We have used Roofwerks several times over the past few years, mainly for smaller roof repair jobs. They are very responsive and customer oriented. Most recently they replaced our rear copper roof, turret). Not all roofing contractors are adept at installing copper roofs but Roofwerks did a great job (from what we could tell from photos of the completed job). They are excellent at communication both at the office and the ground crew. We were very impressed with the foreman who oversaw the crew. Thank you, Roofwerks.

This is the second time that I used Roofwerk and as always, the job was flawless. ***** ********, who was the project coordinator, plans ahead and stays on top until quality results are achieved. His performance underscored by pride, personal involvement and accomplishment. His crew were exceptionally skilled in all facets of the job. Totally professionals and dedicated.

We chose Roofwerks — after getting bids from three other roofers — because of their very good Angie’s List reviews and the fact that they were Certainteed Certified. Though I believe the roof itself (and gutters) to have been well installed, other issues with the company’s integrity and professionalism would prohibit me from ever using them again or recommending them.
