Great team to work with. The fact that they hand over a full sheet of insurance information as well as a detailed sheet of common construction visuals and what it meant really cemented my confidence in them. The roof went up very fast and neat, with only minor issues getting gutters installed. The single construction roadblock from the previous roofer/handyman was dealt with openly and transparent as to the costs of fixing the issue. Great people to work with ! Got the new roof installed in 1 day, wow ! Sure, there was a couple visits later to inspect the work of the installers but that is expected and you don't need to be in the house.The PM came and looked, we talked options. The schedule was about 2 weeks future but an opening came in a couple days. I was happy to accept the change :-)Will recommend ******* !

Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for. The crew that did the actual project were amazing in their work. They managed to finish a two day job in one day. The clean up was on point with no sign of all that happened the day before. ***** was great to work with and answered all our questions and provided us with information that we didn't even think to ask. We are totally satisfied and would highly recommend Roofwerks to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Perfectly Good Work, But Buyer Beware... We chose Roofwerks — after getting bids from three other roofers — because of their very good Angie’s List reviews and the fact that they were Certainteed Certified. Though I believe the roof itself (and gutters) to have been well installed, other issues with the company’s integrity and professionalism would prohibit me from ever using them again or recommending them. I am so pleased with my new roof and gutters! Both crews did a great job both in the installation and in the cleanup afterward. My project required some replacement of fascia boards but I was told upfront what that would cost and they only replaced what was necessary. **** was super helpful from start to finish. **** was informative and answered all questions with great knowledge. Always responded to communications promptly. The office staff was polite and thorough. Bother the roofing and gutter workers were prompt, courteous and very respectful to our home. Would recommend Roofwerks to anyone.
Workers showed up on time and we're very polite and professional. Completed the repair in a little over one hour and cleaned up all their debri. I will definitely use Roofwerks for any other roofing problems that I encounter.
I was very pleased with the job that Roofwerks did. ***** ******** was very pleasant, professional and helpful through the entire process and explained everything very clearly. The workers did a great job and were finished in two days with a very thorough clean up when finished. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.
The company did damage to my vehicle when hired by HOA for roof work. Would not acknowledge the liability and negligence of safety. Proof provided to them, with photos and video.
