The quality of material, the professionalism of the employees including field manager. They keep you in the loop all the time with updates and pictures as the job make progress. After an October hail storm did some damage to my roof, the “storm chasing” roofing companies came through my neighborhood. Something about the process didn’t sit right with me. The crew was meticulous with applying the roof as well as keeping the grounds clean all during the process. I received pics during the day and timely updates on the progress.
