From the first visit and even after the roofing was finished, Rex has been the biggest help in the process of filing a claim to getting a new roof after hail damage and a leak. He helped us understand our insurance and him and Aaron helped handle most of the back and forth headaches with our insurance to get our roof repaired. The last thing we wanted to see was our roof leaking into our attic/ceiling. However, from first contact Rex and the rest of the rest of the staff have made a seemingly unbearable problem a positive experience throughout the entire process! I highly recommend this company for your repair needs.
It's lots of fun to watch people do what they're really good at. Rooftop did an excellent job for us. Clear and complete scope of work. Top quality shingles, underlayment, flashing, ridge vent, ... . The crew was meticulous, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up every bit of scrap around the house. Clear communication with Ryan, Tyler, and the rest of the group; thanks, everyone! I highly recommend their work based on our experience with them.
They did an excellent job—completed the work efficiently and left the area clean. Rex was especially great at keeping me updated on the progress and clearly communicating any concerns throughout the process.
