Never had a problem With Mr. Phillip Smith He always took care of any repairs I need it done in the rental home. He was very kind and I got my full deposit back. Thank you Mr Smith
Everything sounds perfect on their website. But dealing with this company is a totally different story in person. As tenants, it’s important to know and exercise your rights. Texas is what is referred to (in the rental industry) as a “landlord state”. But just because the property manager says something, it doesn’t mean it’s true. Or legal.
They deserve ZERO stars. Our experience with this rental property and its management, specifically Philip Smith, was beyond disappointing. No belongings left behind, thoroughly cleaned, and we even went above and beyond by painting the inside of the garage. Despite that, we were falsely accused of leaving the home in poor shape. These are outright lies made in an attempt to cover up their own negligence. Please please believe these comments I didn’t and decided to rent with them and that was the biggest mistake of my life. They are the worst people to ever deal with. PHILLIP IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. He ride as hell. He will be nice to you until you move in then when it’s time to move out he shows his true self. If I could give zero star I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
