Roof installation, very successful, crew arrived early on a cloudy day and worked diligently to get the job done. Thorough in disposal of all old shingles and trash and cleaning up our yard and surrounding areas. Even cooperative with delivery trucks that came while work was in progress. Presentation to set up the order was clear and comprehensive. Company accommodated our time window for scheduling the work.
All staff was on time and very polite.
Roberto Romero and his assistant did a fantastic job installing three window on the second floor of our house. We had used this company before to install windows and doors on the first floor of our house and were so pleased we asked them to install the additional windows .
Update. So, the roof has continued to leak. We're replacing the drywall and guess what we found - a giant hole. I specifically asked for your company to check this area for a hole since this is where the leak was. You said there was nothing there. Instead of replacing the wood, you covered up the hole with a piece of cardboard. Totally unacceptable. Now what am I supposed to do? I shouldn't have to pay to fix something that you covered up. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. THE GUY WHERE EVERY EXPERIENCE BEFORE I NEW THE WHERE DEMO THE WINDOWS UPSTAIRS AND STARTED INSTALLING THE NEW WINDOWS EACH MAN HAD A JOB AND DID IT WELL WHEN THEY WERE DON THE CLEANED ALL THE TRASH UP VACUMED THE FLOORS AND EACH WENT AROUND AND CLEANED THE WINDOWS GLASS SPOTLESS I had a cooler off cold water and went to Dominos for lunchtime treat a man well and they will feel appreciated thank Rooftop Designs really enjoyed working with you
