I have used Rooftop Chimney for inspections on several different occasions. They are responsive and professional. Kenny and Grant are exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Grant is prompt: was on time, early. Grant is respectful: wore booties, gloves and mask before he entered my home. Asked if I was comfortable. Placed drop cloths on floor. Grant is thorough: checked fireplace inside and rooftop. This young man has skill-sets that some folks 3x his age have yet developed.
I contacted Rooftop Chimney regarding an issue with damage to my fireplace. They answered immediately with timely and superior knowledge, expertise, and advice. Between the owners and staff, there is a wealth of proficiency and mastery of skill. By far the best chimney services in the area. Really like Rooftop Chimney Sweep and really liked the service guy Philip, as well. He was professional, informative and thorough. Stove and chimney cleaning was excellent. Proposal for correction of long standing issue with water inside the chimney and other corrective measures was priced fairly. Based on work so far, we'll definitely use your service in the future and recommend it to our friends.
Kenny was awesome! He was polite, friendly, and personable. He was on time and used extra caution to make a clean entrance and exit! He inspected our chimney and gave us quotes for repairs. Would definitely recommend Kenny and rooftop chimney sweeps!
RecommendedJason and Adam both were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. My son loved helping Jason measure the fireplace. I not only appreciated their kind interactions with my kids but also allowing me to watch the video they took of our chimney showing me what things are supposed to look like and when it didn't explained why, along with how it could be fixed. Any extra questions I had they were happy to answer in a straight forward manner! Great job guys, thank you!

Definitely my highest recommendation. From the appointment request and follow up to the service itself. Outstanding in every way. Emails & text reminders, phone call just before all appreciated. Grant & Jason were very prompt & so friendly & professional. Very careful to contain any mess. Covered nearby furniture, shoe covers, drop cloth at front door. Answered questions. Made recommendations without being pushy. Genuinely appreciated my business. I wish all service calls were this pleasant.
