Great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Queen City!
I loved the fact that I was able to get away with my husband for the first time in years because we have children wouldn't change that for anything. But for us to have spent 350 on 2 tickets for the new years eve party and the events that took place there it was horrible. The floors were soaking wet, several people slipping and falling flat on there butts, all the women's toilets were stopped up and not flushing or overflowing on the floors. We apologize that our bathrooms were horrible that night. Unfortunately, the epicentre's water got shut off for a hour and caused plumbing issues in the bathrooms. We hope you give us another chance to make it up to you. Happy New Year!
