Beware - this a a sham company, they do not exist. Called them, spoke to Casey, sounds about 12 years old, sent him email, no response, called again, said he did not get. Called again, spoke to Alina, she said new company name, now Prime Roofing Perth however domain provided not even registered. Then told new new name Prime Roofing & Gutters, checked ABN, registered in Eastern Suburbs of Sydney! Went to the stated address, 54 O'Malley, Osborne Park, no such company! Sham or Scam you choose?
I found the man who did my gutters very polite, well mannered and very thorough in his explanation of the work done with my gutters.
Emailed Rooftec to locate a leak at the chimney. I gave a description of the scope of work to be undertaken. Being a smaller job I requested hourly rate as it was a seek and find and repair. I may be 1.5hrs or 3hrs. Despite claiming free quotes and professional service I hear nothing.
Wonderful job repainting our roof and cleaning our gutters. Special mention of Ross who came back to clean a gutter that was particularly moss impacted. Temperature really high and he got the work done, tidied up and was most obliging. Very impressed. Shea was quick with quotes and booking job in and very easy to deal with.
Josh from Rooftec was on time, efficient and sorted out the problem, I would highly recommend Rooftec for any roof problems.
