Emailed Rooftec to locate a leak at the chimney. I gave a description of the scope of work to be undertaken. Being a smaller job I requested hourly rate as it was a seek and find and repair. I may be 1.5hrs or 3hrs. Despite claiming free quotes and professional service I hear nothing.
Wonderful job repainting our roof and cleaning our gutters. Special mention of Ross who came back to clean a gutter that was particularly moss impacted. Temperature really high and he got the work done, tidied up and was most obliging. Very impressed. Shea was quick with quotes and booking job in and very easy to deal with.
Josh from Rooftec was on time, efficient and sorted out the problem, I would highly recommend Rooftec for any roof problems.
Quoted after inspection, three weeks delayed, increased the price on the day of the job, no communication on the colour selection.
Roof is leaking after a 'restoration' wants to blame everyone else, now all our calls and emails are ignored!
