Might as well order Eagle View the 4+ hours is very vague. I ordered measurements at 1:57 pm with the estimated return time of 5:56 pm. It is now 11:25 pm with nothing. Wide open structure with barely no coverage. I should have hand measured. If you are a 3rd party with a time slot of return time I would probably try other options. This is not the first time of this. You may get your measurements around mid morning (3-6 am) but it’s not worth it.
This company used to be fantastic but over their growth. They’ve outgrown their britches. They use nothing but automated services and trying to communicate with them is next to impossible. I strongly recommend you try services and avoid this company.

Very disappointed with the overall experience from roof snap. The report we received was inaccurate with the pitch of the roof showing it to be an 8/12 with 10/12 dormers. When in actuality, it was a 4/12 pitch with 8/12 dormers. Also, the price advertised was $11 per report. Which we were charged $22 per report. We normally use roofr for all of our roof reports But decided to give roof snap an opportunity to earn our business. So we ordered three reports, and all three had inaccuracies.
