Awful customer service. When I told their customer service team my subscription was active, but it was saying that I needed a subscription to draw roofs. They told me to video record logging in and out like I had the software to be able to capture video on my devices. It was a very difficult task to perform instead of them, just simply looking into it and offering me a phone call to troubleshoot. Terrible customer service. I ordered a monthly subscription so I could draw my own roofs. However, once I started my service with them, I was not able to even sketch my own roofs because it says a subscription was needed. After speaking with customer service only through email they told me some very arduous and difficult things to do which were not helpful or user-friendly. This is resulted in many frustrations and a waste of $105. I suggest you go somewhere else if you’re looking to Get Roofr sketches. Sad too because I use... read more
