Awful customer service. When I told their customer service team my subscription was active, but it was saying that I needed a subscription to draw roofs. They told me to video record logging in and out like I had the software to be able to capture video on my devices. It was a very difficult task to perform instead of them, just simply looking into it and offering me a phone call to troubleshoot.
