Had an appointment at 3:00 on a Friday. It snowed that day so I called in the morning to see if I needed to reschedule. They told me their guy would still be there at 3. I left work early to meet him. He never showed up and no one called me. I called them and got an answering machine. Left a message for them to call me and I am still waiting for that call back 5 days later. I am not going to do business with a company that does not respect its potential customers.
Simple update to our flashing led to months of arguing, damage to our inside wall and ceiling. Our contacts were slow to respond and lacked compassion for damages their crews caused. Photos are from AFTER they did the work. Save yourself from the pain we suffered for 4-5 months and choose another roofer.
Excellent customer service. Work was done professionally and timely. Worked efficiently with our insurance.
Deb came out to our house and walked us through everything we needed to do to make sure we were able to get our roof breathing and back to where it needed to go after the wind storm tore multiple shingles off our roof. The crew was able to get our house and two garages fixed in one day. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and help to get this job sorted out with our insurance.
