Well the whole process for me went pretty smooth and was able to get results fast. Got an estimate from Roof Simple for roof repair. After doing inspection (crawling up in the access and then getting on the roof) to inspect, I was told that they would be happy to do the repair but it was only a cosmetic issue and not something that was going to give me a problem. I appreciate the honesty and the time they spent in diagnosing the problem.
Got a new roof. Angelo, the Site Manager, did a Great job of getting the job done Well. Everyone on Site worked hard, and well with each other. He kept me informed, and we both asked questions to get it done right, and to my satisfaction. He let me know if we had any further questions or found any issue, we could let him know. Nice young man, great crew, and roof looks great. Pictures still have some cleanup that was well taken care of. It's dark now.
