UPDATE: After I posted this review the owner wanted to get in touch with me to make things right. I appreciate that and changed my review to 3 stars because he cared enough to explain things. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a house where one of the main selling points was a new roof. The problem is, this company does not transfer warranties, so yes having a new roof is nice, but when something goes wrong you have to pay out of pocket. Who ever drives thay van almost killed my family and ran up in a curb
They fought for us when we had legitimate damage to our roof. My insurance company paid for replacement all because Roof Simple never gave up. Great communication. Highly Recommend! Elijah was our point of contact and was excellent all with their entire team.
All work.was done efficiently with no inconvenience to the residents. On completion the job manager reviewed what was accomplished during the installation and did a walk around inspection to the owners satisfaction of completion. I will recommend this company to anyone.
Allen and his team did an incredible job, they were punctual, thorough, and completed the job in the allotted timeframe. Also a shoutout to Brian for being excellent to work with, and overseeing a seamless execution start to finish. Thanks Roofsimple!
