Worked with insurance company, kept us updated along the way, helped us choose the best color for our house, arrived on time, worked endlessly, was kept apprized by onsight supervisor. Was a lot of debris which was totally cleaned up at the end of the day. I don't usually write reviews, but highly recommend!
They did awesome job. Roof looks awesome. Guys cleaned up and and sweep the yard twice for nails.
Roofsimple was great!! They helped me through the entire process of an insurance claim for my hail damaged roof. They helped put me in touch with a claims adjustor, and we ultimately got everything taken care of. They were great throughout the process, especially communication from Mrs. Francis with weather delays and other things outside of their control. Had a very good experience with RoofSimple. Materials arrived on time the day before the roof replacement. Work crew arrived on time and worked together very effectively. William, the job site supervisor kept us well informed as the work progressed. The crew worked well together and efficiently. The cleaned up process was thorough. They started at 7 and were finished by 2pm! It was a very positive experience. I was impressed!
